Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use Yeslio, a service operated by Mudimedia Ltd (“we”, “us”). By activating an account you agree to them.

The service

Yeslio lets you create and publish a wedding website from ready-made themes, collect RSVP replies, keep a guest list and send email invitations. We may improve or change features over time without reducing what you paid for.

Purchase and hosting

• Yeslio is a one-time purchase. The price on yeslio.com is $49.90; prices on marketplaces such as Etsy may differ.
• It includes 12 months of hosting, starting when you activate your account.
• It includes up to 100 invitation emails per website (re-sends count). Fair limits apply to photos and guests, as shown in your dashboard.
• There is no automatic renewal of the purchase. After the included hosting you may choose an optional retention plan for $19.90 per year, which you can cancel at any time.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel a purchase made on yeslio.com within 14 days of the purchase date and get a full refund, even if you have already activated your account or published your website. To cancel, email us at info@mudimedia.co.uk from the address you used to buy, or send any other clear statement that you want to cancel. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your request, at no cost to you.

When we refund a purchase, your website goes offline and its content, photos, guest list and RSVP replies are deleted, together with your account if it has no other websites. Please download anything you want to keep before you cancel. Purchases made on a marketplace such as Etsy are cancelled and refunded through that marketplace under its own policies.

You can cancel a retention plan at any time from your dashboard; it then stays active until the end of the year you have paid for and does not renew.

When hosting ends

We email you before your hosting ends. If you do not start a retention plan, your website goes offline at the end of the hosting period and its data is deleted shortly afterwards, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please download anything you want to keep, such as your RSVP list, in time.

Your content

You keep all rights to the texts and photos you add. You give us permission to store and show them only to run your website. You must have the right to use everything you upload, and you are responsible for the guest data you add and for having a reason to contact your guests.

Acceptable use

Do not use Yeslio for anything unlawful, hateful or harmful, to upload content you have no right to use, or to send unwanted email. We may suspend a website that breaks these rules.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Yeslio online and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Yeslio. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Problems and refunds

If something does not work as described, contact us at info@mudimedia.co.uk and we will do our best to fix it. You can also use your 14-day right to cancel described above. Purchases made on a marketplace are also covered by that marketplace’s buyer policies.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell account holders about important changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
